1948 Brockhouse Corgi Mark 2 Combination – with a period Watsonian Child’s Sidecar.
Manufactured by Brockhouse Engineering of Southport, Merseyside.
98cc Excelsior Spryte engine.
Single speed kickstart model.
Cost new £43 6/-
This is a rare beast – a sidecar version of the famous Corgi Folding Motorcycle – developed from the famous paratroopers Wellbike of World War 2.
It’s in superb all round condition, and the sidecar bolts up or unbolts in 3 minutes so you can ride it solo as a local runabout …and attach it instantly when one of your kids fancies a ride.
The sidecar does not have a screen, and this keeps it in the style of the original box sidecars fitted to Corgi motorcycles (see brochure below).

These are rare vehicles whose values are not necessarily based on running order.
