I hope that the unfortunate sales slogan attached to this bicycle is offset by the possibility of owning what must surely be the cheapest 1950s vintage Triumph motorcycle in the world!
OK, so it’s only 32cc, but hey …it’s a petrol-engined Triumph circa 1952. Maybe you wouldn’t be able to keep up with Marlon Brando on his 1951 Triumph Thunderbird if you were riding with him, but cruising down the road on a 1952 Triumph – OK, spluttering down the road at 18mph – you can still feel enough of a wild one to recite that famous answer every time a passer-by asks you what you’re rebelling against:
‘What have you got?’
The machine itself is ready to jump on and ride (once you’ve registered it). These days it’s classed as a moped, and requires insurance and a helmet to ride it.
