This All-Black Royal Sunbeam for Gentlemen is in ‘time-warp’ condition.
Its gilt Sunbeam transfers (decals) are in amazing condition for an 82-year-old machine and it seems like it has just stepped out of the 1930s.
As is to be expected, there are blemishes here and there: the paint is worn and chipped in places, the B90 saddle is split (though usable and repairable) …obviously these are the indications that it has been ridden and enjoyed throughout its life.
But it is so well-preserved, with its red box lining intact, that it’s also obvious that it has been cherished and carefully stored when not in use.
It has come from a private collection. Everything is original, so it’s an excellent machine for your vintage collection. It will only appreciate in value!
